"They used to be good, but It looks like they don’t care no more!!! I cancelled my policy before 6 months and I worked with two other companies after, no one was worst than them!
They want you to pay more and that’s it!
Even when they requested a letter from my health insurance company and they gave me a deadline, by that time I wouldn’t receive it by mail so I shared there fax number, and I asked them to accept it because I did it before and they were helpful , she received it and shredded it, she said I won’t accept it because you didn’t pay for the A4 paper! You guys make sure who you’re working with, they will try to get you and after that they don’t care! I harried to cancel it with them because if sth happened to my car they will give me a hard time after I paid them a ton of money!!!!!"
